SWAT Swim Club is governed by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors committed to promoting excellence in competitive swimming and ensuring the club operates in alignment with USA Swimming and SafeSport standards, and all federal, state and local laws. Each board member serves a two-year term, with staggered elections to ensure continuity of leadership. All board members are Regular Members of SWAT Swim Club in good standing with USA Swimming and are required to maintain current certifications as outlined by USA Swimming and the U.S. Center for SafeSport.
