Coach Al’s love of swimming started with being a part of Green River High School Boy's Swim team way back in the nineties. During his time on the team, he learned a lot about the importance of technique, hard work, and team work. All important parts of swimming.

He started coaching with the club in 2018 as a volunteer which provided a way for him to be more involved with and watch his nieces who were swimmers in the club. During that time, he also started to help both of the Green River High School swim teams and accepted the Head Coach Position for the Green River High School in 2026. He has been part of two high school state championship teams and one club state championship team.
