Pricing


Group

  • Copper I and Copper II – $75 per month.
  • Bronze – Silver $75 per month.
  • Gold – Jr. Nationals / Nationals $90 per month.
  • Jr. Nationals / Nationals - $90 per month.
  • 2x Week: Copper - Silver - $60 per month.
  • USA Swimming Outreach Members will be charged $20 per month regardless of group.


Annual Club Membership

  • An Annual SWAT Swim Club Membership Fee of $25/Athlete Member, with a maximum of $75/family, will be billed annually upon registration.
  • Annual Membership Fees will be waived for USA Swimming Outreach Members.


USA Swimming

Premium Membership - $78 per calendar year

  • Year-round membership valid until December 31
  • Benefits:
  • Year-round participation in USA Swimming sanctioned meets and the ability to qualify and participate in LSC Championships, Sectionals, Zones, Futures, Junior Nationals, National Championships, U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Swimming and the Olympics.
  • Eligible to be selected for the National Junior Team and National Team Development Programs.
  • Eligible to be selected or qualify for USA Swimming national and regional camps.
  • Times are stored in the USA Swimming SWIMS database, allowing athletes to qualify for competitions, monitor improvement, and participate in recognition programs.
  • Eligible to serve on national and local committees.
  • Requirements if 18 and over:
  • Annual completion of Athlete Protection Training (APT)
  • Current background check (National Team and National Junior Team athletes)


Seasonal Membership - $38 per 150 days

  • A short-term athlete membership option for swimmers participating during a defined season rather than the full calendar year.
  • Valid only for 150 days, does not extend to the full calendar year.
  • Includes participation in USA Swimming–sanctioned practices and meets during the approved season. Seasonal members m may not compete at or above the LSC Championship meet.
  • Times are stored in the USA Swimming SWIMS database, allowing athletes to qualify for competitions, monitor improvement, and participate in recognition programs.
  • Athletes may upgrade to a Premium Membership at any time by paying the difference in cost, which allows year-round participation and expanded eligibility within Wyoming Swimming and USA Swimming.
  • Requirements if 18 and over:
  • Completion of Athlete Protection Training (APT)


Flex Membership - $28 per calendar year

  • Introductory membership for athletes 12 years old and under, geared towards practice and participation with any USA Swimming club.
  • Includes two (2) sanctioned swim competitions per membership year. Flex members may not compete at or above the LSC Championship meet.
  • Times are stored in the USA Swimming SWIMS database, allowing athletes to qualify for competitions, monitor improvement, and participate in recognition programs.
  • If an athlete wishes to swim more than two (2) meets per year, the athlete will need to pay the difference to upgrade to a Premium Membership. The difference must be paid before the Flex Membership has expired.


Outreach Membership - $7 per calendar year

  • The Outreach Membership is a reduced membership fee offered to athletes who meet the criteria designated by WYSI. The fee amount is governed by USA Swimming and WYSI. The Outreach membership fee replaces the USA Swimming and Wyoming Swimming membership fees and is paid annually at athlete registration. This athlete membership is for the calendar year; however, swimmer registration applications submitted on or after September 1st will be valid through December 31st of the following year.
  • Qualifying Criteria: To qualify for Outreach Membership, the athlete or athlete’s family, must meet the eligibility requirements for ONE of the following programs:
  • LIEAP: Low Income Energy Assistance Program
  • Medicaid
  • Kids Care
  • CHIP
  • Free and Reduced Federal Lunch Program
  • Foster care program
  • Special Circumstances (approved on a case by case basis by the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee of WYSI)
  • To enroll: An athlete or athlete’s family must provide documentation of qualifying for one of the above listed programs to the adult club designee, who is registered with USA Swimming and in good standing. No qualifying documentation may be kept by the club. Athletes must re-enroll each year. The board reserves the right to verify Outreach Membership status.
